Well it's from the U.S. You can get it by calling that toll-free number or you can order it trough the web at www.tubular.com. I don't know if they ship internationally.

Cheers,

After you've drunk your tubular coffee, you can have fun at www.amaroknet.com .
I wonder if Mike likes DIY...

Ah - now that's interesting, Korgscrew

I found this on their website:

The name AMAROK means "wolf" in the Inuit (Eskimo) language. The word has been used in literature to signify the brave leader. Wolves are bold, independent creatures with a deep loyalty to the pack.

and I always thought it was a meaningless word like Ommadawn

I wish they called their comapany that because they were inspired by the Amarok which we all know instead

Mary-Carol - if an Inuit speaking person were to see your number plate it would mean something totally different to him or her

We're taking this a bit off topic now, but there's some more on possible meanings of the word 'Amarok' in the TW FAQ. I won't annoy people by pasting it in here - you can take a look for yourselves... smile

Well, IMHO this is just the case smile. My own theory is this: one of the company executives is a big MO fan. He heard Amarok, loved it and thought: "What a nice-sounding word for a company name". Then he made a bit of research and discovered the meaning and the implications of that word in Inuit...and that's how the company's name and their wolf logo were born!!! biggrin

You want some proof? Well, if they only knew about the Inuit word (before knowing about Mike's disc), they'd have spelled it "Amaroq", not with a final K... smile

P.S. (O.T.): I posted this one only for one reason: because I got Amarok 8 days ago, I listen to (part of) it every single day and I am falling deeper and deeper in love with it...for no other reason.

Not if he'd only ever seen the word written down...
A couple of us in the MO chat room came up with some vaguely funny MO related company names one rather crazy night...but that's just going a bit far... wink

Oh in Spain we´ve not imported TC yet. But I thought I could get a coffe. If you suffer from this condition, consult your doctor immediately. frown
