Hi!

I've got a booklet about Mike's "Who's Next? - Tour 82", a tour that included an impressive 74-date European schedule.

The booklet contains about 20 photos as well as interviews. In one of them, Mike talks about his (at that time) new album, Five Miles Out.

"My album took 1,500 hours of studio time and the single about 600 hours, but the feeling of triumph at the end is worth every bit of effort. The reason I spent such a long time perfecting this album is because I love touring and you do need new music to perform when you go on the road."

If you're interested in the photos and/or the interviews, then let me know.

All the best!
Lars

Look at that image: "Mike Oldfield Who's Next?"

I can only only imagine the songs that would appear on such an album:

"Maggie O'Reilly"
"Bell-again"
"Going MObile"
"Won't Do TB Again"

The cover art likely features a skyscraper just offshore in the ocean: one window lit, and four men urinating on its base. "The whizzer and the tower...."

Where the Falls of Minnehaha
Flash and gleam among the oak-trees,
Laugh and leap into the valley."

You can find the interview in our articles section. We'll sort out something with the pictures.
