What instrument can we hear on the track Silhouette from 2:01 to 2:40...?

Are you referring to the woodwinds or the strings plinking pizzicato-style behind them

If you mean the woodwinds I think it's just regular flute.  I could be wrong-sometimes flutes and recorders sound very similar to me.

It is indeed a flute with pizz basses and cellos. The second time it is oboe and bassoon with harp and guitar  accompaniment.
