There is one bit, that starts at 22 minutes 30 seconds (Fast Waltz, if you use the track list), that is REALLY FAST!!! It's a cool bit, but I would like to know of anyone who has tried to play it. At the start of the very fast bit it sound like he used a bass guitar. He can play really really really fast, but sometimes he slows down a whole lot and then he plays with a whole lot of emotion. Those are really nice pieces then, but I've only heard a few. qjamesfloyd Group: Members Posts: 1350 Joined: April 2001 Posted: May 02 2004, 05:36 That's the thing though,it's only a small bit of playing with feeling,that is why i prefer the likes of Oldfield and Knopfler,they can both play fast,without the need to tap,and both play slowly,but even there fast playing is emotional,and i just don't get that from Vai.
