I think there's been a slight misunderstanding here, I'd love to join in if I could play. I try and be musical, but I don't think I'm of a standard to join in a project like this and I have no way of recording myself on this antique computer. As for my musical ability well I can play a few Beatles songs, and change chords on a guitar, need to get these changes quicker  . I've been trying to improve my bodrhan playing. Ask me in about ten years time I might be able to play by then. I guess the confusion arose over where I said I could "bang my bodrhan", I apologise for the mix up, my fault sorry.
Ray, thanks for the link to Dave Freshwater's site, beautiful handmade mandolins from the Scottish Highlands  . BTW what's the tuning for mandolins, I think it's different to a guitar.
