Anybody here game enough to post a review

I think Ugo would write a good review. Of course, he couldn't comment on his own piece.

As far as I know my pieces are not on the album (Milamber didn't have time to complete them). As soon as I find a bit of time to donwload the whole thing, I'll post something like a review. :)

Oh, is Quicksilver actually there? Well, you see how silly I am - I've been so busy these days (and I will be just as busy, if not more, in the next few weeks) that I didn't have a single second to check out the album's page. [By the way, could you please give me the link again? I'm too lazy to look for it 3 or 4 pages back in this thread. :D] I do hope that those ten people who DL'ed Quicksilver (and the other 72 who listened to it) actually liked it. :)

You don't have to be sorry about not being able to complete Angélique. You may do that in your own time. And when you do, you should put it up for download on the same page as the rest of the album - as a bonus track or something like that. :)

@ Milamber: thanks very much.
All of your pieces on Disc 2 are excellent. I'm 100% sure you won't disappoint me on Angélique. :)

Wow, that's a lot of stuff to listen to. I'm still not through all the pieces. Well, if some folks "piss and moan" (like someone said here) let them do this. Making music is much more fun than writing rude words about music or musicians.  ;)

I think you all did a great job and I enjoy the music.

It was mentioned in the Healing Road - thread. But the only thing I wanted to say was that it's important how you all feel about the project. The overall echo seems to be good, too, as I could read. So don't care about some "nasty noises" if they come.

The first musical project I ever was involved was www.thebeardedsproject.de , also a fan album. The ones of us who didn't publish anything earlier (me included) were a bit shocked sometimes because we had no experience with feedback to our music back then. Most people liked it, some people made extremely cynical statements like what a bunch of ugly guys we were and so on. In the end the album raised over 7000€, each & every cent given to an organisation that builds schools and infrastructure in Afghanistan. This and the fun we all had doing it is much more important than the kind of feedback mentioned above.

So thumbs up, good job, I'm having a good time listening to your tracks.

Just another thumbs up Cam on the project... I've just seen my Soundcloud stats on "Barafundle Parts 1 and 2" and the track has been downloaded here now 129 times! Before 15th May this was in single figures

Milamber removed it. Don't ask me to defend that, because that's one thing he did that I think was wrong. Sorry.

Sorry Phil .
It has been taken down permanently.
The Admins have already received my resignation from Tubular Net.
I wont be coming back here again.
Thanks for being a great friend and that goes for a lot of other people here as well.

You can always contact me through my email address if you ever want to talk.

The last thing I ever wanted to do was leave but due to the Misinterpretation that happens on the Internet and the trouble that can cause I find it's not worth the aggravation to continue posting here.

The fact is the website is not free.
It roughly costs about $120.00 AU a year to maintain.
As I'm no longer a member I fail to see the need to fund it out of my own pocket.
If another member here wants to take up the finance they can email me for the details.

The finance was discussed earlier in this thread if anyone remembers.
