Does anybody know what happened to MusicallyInspired's excellent MusicVR mix, Tr3s Lunas II? I just tried to go to his site and it's not there anymore. I Googled it and all I found was a couple of torrents.

I've just checked out his new site that's 'under construction' and found that he's got some incredible tracks listed on there as samples.

I'm now (incessantly) listening to 'The Spiral Sky' and 'What Happened to Them?'

Has this guy got a record contract? If he hasn't someone needs to sign him ASAP IMO.

Syd, that signature you post at the end of the messages - you're not by any chance an Ania Walwicz fan by any chance?  :D

No, I'd never heard of her. Had to look her up on Wikipedia... is her poetry any good? My signature is from the Philip Glass/Robert Wilson opera Einstein on the Beach, and that particular line was written by the poet Christopher Knowles.

Walwicz has a reputation, but I find her work tedious, as I do most manifestations of minimalism. I'd say Wilson would have known Walwicz's work; the resemblance is too great to be a coincidence. Presumably if you like those lines enough to use them as your signature you'd like Walwicz's poetry too.

A family member dropped in a dvd some months back and said it was a Mike Oldfield Discography...anyway the album Tr3s LunasII is on it.....how good is it? For me better than the original Im afraid, its bloody excellent. Its also got a very good rendition of the Orchestral Hergest Ridge too...Im kicking myself for not playing it sooner, and now I cant stop....

TL and Maestro are completely unlike other computer games. You're missing a great deal if you don't try them.

Tres Lunas II
This link from above post is still active, just tried it.

All you need is a free program like Winrar to unpack/extract it. :)

I've been getting back into games a bit lately - mostly freeware :D, but also some of the old GameBoy stuff I played when I was younger - like the Legend of Zelda (thus the avatar over at the H).

Hello friends.  As a newcomer to this site, I'm wondering if any links remain open for downloading Tr3s Lunas II.  Many thanks in advance!

Yes, it's available at http://brandonblume.com/tl2/. (Brandon posted about it in http://tubular.net/forums/?act=ST&f=58&t=11489).
