I don't think I post too much...I know I post too much.

In twelve months on the fora, I've posted 369 times (which will rise to 370 when I click on "Submit Reply"). That's an average of just over 30 posts a month.

Even you, Korgscrew, with 473 posts in 22 months, only ( wink)average 21.5 posts per month.

The bad thing is it's unlikely to stop. wink

When I got to 300, I did think that maybe I should slow down a bit...and I guess I did in a way...but still the number climbed. It's kind of hard to resist, sometimes...

Hahahaha! (Does this constitute a post?) <-;

No? OK, well then, let me say this. Actually, I just said a bunch of stuff but then the computer lab from which I am typing was invaded by students and I lost everything....so let me try again....

I thought I had at least hit the big 3-0, but not even close. I would have been, but like what just happened, I either lose my posts, or take so long to compose that they time out and vanish into the thin cyberair (wonder how thin cyberair is?). Then I either run out of time or fortitude.

Korg, I love reading your posts, and will take this opportunity to say how much I appreciate all of your responses within the
L & L forum. Thank you!

BTW, your posts constitute around 7.7% of all responses; the top three posters (hmm....people as opposed to pictures) comprise nearly 21% of the forum activity. Sorry to bore you with stats...have two more hours to go at monitoring a cataloging course, which always renders me analytical....

M-C, who may yet reach 50 by the end of the year (err....50 *posts,* that is ((((-: )

Here's a statistic for ya: the 14 people who have posted 100 of more posts have totaled to 3525 posts, constituting for 58.7% of the entire amount of posts! (and that's just 14 people, which is only 3.3% of the entire Tubular Surfer population!)

so only 3.3% of the registered people on these forums have comprised a whopping 58.7% of the posts. !

another fun fact statistic: the average amount of posts per person is only 12.9!

(The oldest member (besides Oliver) is Blue Dolphin)

It's been almost 2 years since these forums started!

Less than a month later, it appears that that goal has been reached...definitely enough time to reach 50 posts before the end of the year, M-C. biggrin

...and thanks to Tim for almost destroying them over the last year with his marathon post-a-day average and "alternative" humour

(all that and he's still not old enough to vote - may God have mercy upon us all when he learns to drive!)

PS Well done Tim for picking up the "fora" vs. "forums" - a friend of mine types it in his favourite WP and it always makes it "for a"

Hey, I'm number nine, with 213 posts not including this one. I regestered on the 12th January this year, that's 154 days ago. I average 1.4 posts a day! And I haven't been posting regularly for a while.

I just realised something. After I press post, I will overtake Archanger Foster and Delfín, who are also on 213. That will leave me at number 7. And I still have 460 posts to go to overtake Korgscrew! He he he.

I'm just wondering how many of the old guard are still posting here, from when I joined in Dec'04.  I know Bee, Alan, Baggiesfaninessex, Holger, Olrac, and Tubularbelle, Inkanta  still post on here quite a bit  .
I'm wondering if JBG, Avellaina, FamilyJules and Ratty still come on here,  I haven't seen Piltdownboy or Sandheaver on here for a little while.
It's strange the first person I spoke to on here was TubularBelle, and she's virtually as far south as you can get , as I am  north, and the strangest thing of all is we both share the same birthday, but born 11 years apart
:)   .

If I hadn't have found these boards I wouldn't have been introduced to some new music and made new (cyber)friends, and it was Avellaina who introduced me to the site where I found my wonderful boyfriend   :)  :D
