In the end of The Wind Chimes Part II, exactly at 21:37,
it sounds like someone's breathing out.Perhaps Mike after a long hard recording session. ;)

heard it too?

Nope. I think it's the click of a tape being stopped. This was accidentally picked up by the microphones

It doesn't sound like a tape machine being stopped to me, that would be quite a clunky sound (analogue 24 tracks are quite hefty beasts), this is more of a hollow pop. It's almost like something being dropped...whatever it is has a fair bit of reverb on it.

What really caught my attention about that noise was  the reverb, actually. That's why I found it so curious.
