Listen to the strings melody from 3:15 - 3:21.  Doesn't that sound like a melody that was played faster on pizzicato strings in Amarok?  If you sing the short melody in your head, but faster, you might see what I mean.

Just caught the back end of She Moves Though The Air (on Sky Music Chanel), sung by Fiona Wright, a pretty Irish girl. Very lovely.

@ Ben, the melody you refer to is the so-called Sondela Theme of Amarok (referred to as Theme C in Steve Farrell's Amarok Analysis, here on tubular.net). It's not just played on pizzicato strings during one of Amarok's 'mad bits' - it's all the way through in Amarok. The Voyager song, however, includes only the first four notes of that theme: "Son - de - la... ooh..." :)
