Surely time for a collaboration ?
Both seem to be trying to record albums in record time.
How about a challenge to record & release a duet piece in 1 day

That sounds like a mix of Oldfield and Adiemus

Received my copy yesterday - very nice pack with 2 CDs and a DVD.

I have to confess to being a fan of Robert Reed since receiving a free CD of Sanctuary I at the Tubular Bells concert in Colchester last year.  Oldfield influences are everywhere in his work but, in fairness, he freely admits it and is also a very talented multi-instrumentalist.

I have already had a few listens to Sanctuary II and it is excellent in my view.  I would go as far as to say that MO himself would not have been ashamed to release this and, if he had done so, the tubular.net community would have been raving about it.

If you've not come across the music of Robert Reed yet, there's quite a bit on youtube (just search for Rob Reed).

Yeap. Besides a couple of wonderful themes from a guy from the south of Spain who vanished and never released anything more, this is the closest to real MO I have seen.

From what I've heard so far I'd agree that the post TBII chill out MO would not be ashamed to release this.

He once had much higher expectations of himself.  :D
