I love it, why is it never included on any compilation? What do you guys think?

It's an interesting song because it's credited to Oldfield/Parker, "Parker" being Mike's personal assistant (who's not a musician as far as I know). It's a great traditional-style folk music tune that mixes accordeon/tambourine with drums/synth from the Fairlight.

I'm sorry that I haven't got it on a computer, just a 7" ...

I'd love to help, but ...  :/

Maybe there's someone who got it as mp3, so they could send it to you????  :)

I like to think of it as the cheekier cousin to Speak, thou' you only say farewell. It's up there with In Dulci Jubilo and Mike's Reel as a good catchy B-side.

Listen "Rite of man"... then listen "Stop The Cavalry" by Jona Lewie...

You see any similarities ? ;)

Rite of Man to me = go to the pub, have a few pints of Guinness and sing-a-long whatever comes from your mind,ha ha!

And Mike's vocals, with almost the same tune we hear on his interviews, makes the whole thing even perfect for the tune.
