I think TMB is a very good album it is not derivative as some of his recent work has been although I love TB3 and Guitars was not a bad album. But the new album is such a new direction. Doges Palace is a very catchy instrumental and the millennium bell is just a great ending. I think most fans will be happy with it, I just hope it gets the coverage to increase his sales. There is certainly huge scope for the music to be used as background to numerous TV documentaries. I just hope the millennium concert finds its way on to sky digital somewhere.

What can I say, Mike has done it again.
He has created yet another album as perfect as his previous, and yet the style is new.
Some tracks are more catching than others, and I realy like the text explaining the inspiration that lies behind each track.
My absolute favorites are track 4:Sunlight shining through cloud, and 5: The doge's palace.
Track four features text exerpts from Amazing Grace, and features a briliant mix of speach and song.
I definetly think this could be as bi a radio hit, as say monlight shadow.
