Just like whats been said here, you need to have the picture hosted on a website - you can't upload it to tubular.net...
there are some personal site publishers that let you put things up for free, but not all allow you to link to images - for instance, you can't have an avatar that is hosted on a Geocities webpage. Terra111's link, Geekshelf, will work though because they host their picture up on it.
If you can't figure out how to do it then see if you can email Terra111 and get them to put it up for you (I would, but I don't have a page)
