I like "Daydream" most of the samples.
I recognize it from the "thin men" part
of the video presentation, and it seemed
beautiful but sad. The addition of the guitar
makes it less sad to me (Mike's guitar
can only bring a smile to my face).

Easy, isn't it?

I invite you to learn spanish, a beautiful language. Bye!

Hey Guys!

this is really good stuff, isn´t it?? I THINK nobody expected this; it´s a great surprise. I would say that it´s a kind of TSODE (part II), which means fucking good news for me.

The good thing about Mike is that, while the rolling stones keep doing the same music for 30 years, MIke continues with his evolution, and that means risks, of course. And sometimes it involves a deception (like millenium bell) and other such a fantastic music (like this time!!!).

So, congratulations mike, I just had to listen the first excerpt of 3lunas and that firt guitar sound (clear light????) to know that it´s gonna be one of my fave albums ever. THANKS A LOT!!!!!!

ASCENSION

Any news about the concert in Valencia?? See you all there!!!!

The guitar-sax sound is at the end of the 'No Mans Land (Reprise)' extract - you can't miss it!

Perihelion, I remember you wrote "Farewell Mr Oldfield, I will NOT return..." Good to see you changed your mind! But think twice before making statements like that again :-)

The guitar-sax sound sounds just like the bagpipe sound on my Roland E28 keyboard! Mmmmmmmhhhhhhh.........

if it's a double CD i'll assume that the music is one one disc and the usicVR demo and order thing will be on the other. Am i right?

The extracts are great, imagine how the full cd must be....!! Can't wait to add it to my collection .
Reading all the previous messages on this forum, I did not expected much from Tres Lunas,(this is my first entry on the forum..), but Mike has done a wonderful job !! So people, talk less, you can not judge Mike before having heard the new stuff, he is always surprising you in some way.... Talk less, hear more !!!!!!!
(just had to say this....)

About the double CD...

Yes, one disc is the music album, the other contains the game.

hehe...i don't remember Oldfield fans being so unanimous in their praise of a new record in a long time! the music certainly grows on you - it sounds very 'fresh', as in the complete opposite of the stale offerings given by other musicians of Mike's vintage who shall remain nameless...i don't know what to say, just YAY!!!

My favourite excerpts are landfall, sirius and no mans land reprise. Beutiful Guitar. Its a bit of a shame it doesn't come out till July 1 in UK. To me it sounds as though the tracks flow into one another, does anyone agree.
