I looked forward to that video album after reading the letter from Janet Arnold explaining Mike had a Fairlight CVI and was collecting video in various exotic places.
My after school job probably paid for the VHS tape over several weeks on (layaway).
A bit underwhelming when it finally came home. It didn't seem to have a proper concept. Mike basically said as much here about Pictures in the Dark too: wrote the song to create a relationship between some random spinning objects he wanted to use.
