Dali - I have the same problem, except I can't use my VISA card. Actually, I have tried three different cards and none of them worked!
I'm hoping that this isn't an error on the Barclaycard site, which will keep us from registering all weekend. Oh, the horror...!

If anyone else manages to pay online later today, please let us know!

Yeah I'm having the same problem using my Solo card here in the UK. I got a friend to try using both Visa and MasterCard and he got the same response. Perhaps the system is down somewhere.

No reason to wait Dali... the order-ID is shown right after you got success. Both on the page that it says you should print, and the page you get to when you click "continue"

Hope this helps

In the news section of the official page it states that Mike himself will be at MVR as the big blue moth: has anyone seen him?

MVR first impression.

I'm really impressed by this work of Mr. Oldfield. MVR is a journey into a surrealistic
World. This is the first pc game I do not get bored of after playing it more than 30 minutes.
He really promised what we could expect. You can’t compare this to any other pc game. It’s more. You really have to explore it, there is an learning curve in it and you get amazed every time you start over again. It is really enchanting and relaxing. It worked on me after a stressful week at work

Downloaded yesterday night the game (in 20 minutes ADSL). And could register it after three failures VISA wasn’t excepted only my MasterCard.. The installation ran smoothly. But it’s worth the money. I have seen more expensive games that are boring after a while.

Don’t judge to soon on this game you have to give it a change. Just explore it!!!

5{e help me out here? I've downloaded both the setup_demo file and the setup_game files from www.mikeoldfield.com. The demo works but the setup_game file gives 'Error 1335, Cabinet file Data.Cab is corrupt' etc.... Installation halts here. I've already purchased the unlock code but will presumeably not be able to use it until the setup_game file has installed okay.

I'm on AOL on a windows 98 machine. Does anyone have any advice??
Thanks in advance,

Mark

Yeah, I posted that before I got the game. When I was playing I found the dolphin avatar. Cute!!!!!!!!!!!!! smile

Has anyone already found a favourite place to be? I realy LOVE that indian place, with the mountains, the water, the arrows with their beautiful music. RELAXING! And of course the sea with the dolphins. smile

Hi,

MVR states: Please note that the number of installs ... is limited ...

Does anyone know what this means exactly? I registered, got my code, but in the e-mail, nor on the web, I can find info about how many times I am allowed to install.

Anyone?

Dali

Ok i got the game!

but i can't play it frown

How does it works?

Well i got two rings already one from the tree and the other by pushing some swords. But i dont know what i should do every time when i pick up a piano or a paper plane or a zepelin. And what to do when i got them cause it is hard to control them smile

This is the greatest fun I've had with a
computer! I've played some computer games
before (Myst III is the latest one), but
this just blows them all away. The graphics that some have complained about are good,
too. I mean, how can you compare limited-movement games with the freedom of MusicVR?
With other, so-called state-of-the-art,
games, I get bored after a little while.
Not with this one. I don't know how it will
do commercially, since people (mostly kids)
that play video games are used to very
action-packed, kill-or-get-killed, types
of games. Anyhow, just like "Tubular Bells",
this is innovative and ahead of its time.

If you go to the East way from the kaktus (the origin) you can see up the sky a tubular bell flying but if you get close to it it turns to a pegasus smile))
