Wonder why people think it's fake. It has a traceable history and it sold for £12.500. A good investment IMHO.

If I had the money I would have bought it, it a quite a rare guitar, and having been owned by Mike makes it extra special to me.

I'd seen this on the guitar auction at houlgate website , 8 grand starting bid , to much to even think about it !!
Did this appear on the wonderful land video ?

I can't see the point of multiple neck guitars, I only have two hands myself.

Perhaps this one is useful for the novelty edge case where you want to immediately switch between bass and guitar in a live situation. Never seen it happen.

The only legit use I've ever seen is Jimmy Page going from 12 string to 6 on live Stairway to Heaven.

Can't imagine Mike would have used it much in the studio.
