The Elements box is a rather complete retrospective of Mike's work with Virgin. It includes the full Tubular Bells, Ommadawn Part 1, many rarities and a nice photographic-biographic book, although some of the biographical data are a little bit inaccurate... 
If you want more detailed lists of the content of the 4 CDs, go to www.amadian.net , click on Discography, then select Elements Box from the "Jump to" pull-down menu.
The single Elements CD is just "The Best" from Elements
