The new Covering Mike Oldfield's Covers blog is meticulously documenting the making of Mike's most iconic covers.

Bonus points for having your whole family to participate! (that is, you didn't force them, did you? ;) )

Very ingenieous with the "Mistake"-cover!

Sigh.

Every time I get a piece of Mike Oldfield news, I keep hoping that it's pre-order information for the Incantations remaster.

Nobody's fault here, of course, but the wait for some real news is killing me!

You mean Platinum remaster? I'am also waiting for any news about the next remaster reissue.

I promise nobody got injured in the making of these covers-replica! :)
Get ready for a hypnotic Don Alfonso (Italian pressing) tomorrow morning !!!

By the way, we are two guys doing these shots: Fifou47, his wife & son, and me (Le Baron), my wife and our 3 children.
Credits go to both of us, not only me! ;)

Regards (and thanks for your motivating support).

Superb!! The Complete has to be my favourite but the creativity and imagination in all the pictures is wonderful, thanks:)

Well... maybe it's British humour, but It's a little heavy, no ?
Allright, It's original. But I'm not sure I would meet the author in a dark street at night...

I guess you might meet him down a dark street if he was re-creating the 'Shadow on the Wall' sleeve!
