I wish you merry Christmas with this cover track.

Actually, I haven't done any covers for 5 years. Though I felt that the melodies of Cook's Tune are quite similar to those of Christmas songs (especially the second part). This is the first time you can hear me playing an electric guitar, but it's nothing special as I'm still novice in doing slight guitar improvisations. I was eager to add more guitar but it would have ruined the Christmas atmosphere so I didn't include them. However, I wasn't afraid to add some belltrees and sleighbells. ;)

Have fun!

It didn't ruin the Christmas atmosphere when I added more guitars :D
That said, perhaps I'm just used to a culture where Christmas is heralded by the playing of Slade and Wizard...

Anyway, I think this is cool; it's a very inspired cover version, and your debut on electric guitar is a good one! You capture that Christmas atmosphere nicely too - very good fun.

Very good, Tihon (is that your name?), thanks a lot. Cheering me up with a bit of Christmas in a very non-Christmas-ish day for me. [See "Song associations" topic.]

You must have a hard time, and I'm glad if I could help in any way with this cover at least.

In fact, that's my surname, my first name is Tibor. But here in Hungary we write it reversely.

Hah, indeed yours didn't ruin much of it, I liked it. It's a nice alternative solution in instrumentation. :)

Very very good. I enjoyed that. Well done Tibor.

It didn't need more guitars, and just enough sleigh bells to be perfect for Christmas.

Wonderful! The electric guitar playing is really excelent and adds to the Christmas atmosphere. Well done! Only gripe is that it's too short. :/

Heh, I actually got bored with it. :D Though recently another possible part came to my mind, so it really could be extended. ;)
