I've just come across a video of this unreleased track on youtube. Mike says in the introduction that no one likes it. Sounds pretty good to me (particularly the less well known first half)...

Aaw, don't you just love him - "using robot voices... but no-body seemed to like it except for me - I don't know why" :/  :)

Not heard it before.

Nice find Dan.
Now if we can get Mike to record it with K.D Lang.

I'll take "Two Ageing Rockstars that look like Baldwins" for $300 thanks

This has been circulating on YouTube for ages - pretty much since Light + Shade came out. :D It's an internal (built-in) demo of the FL Studio program. Mike liked it and played something (not much!) on top of it. Some time ago I also found a better-quality mp3 file of this, with no fade-in, but I don't have it any longer and I don't remember where it was... :/

Thankee, Cam. I always mix up KD Lang with RD Laing
(not enthusiastic about KD though).
