I've always wanted to know what the 'rock' behind Mike is on the cover of Voyager. This is probably my favourite MO album ... well "Songs Of Distant Earth" could come joint top.

Please help I can't sleep at night!!!

I'd always assumed it was Mont St Michel (access by tidal causeway off the coast of Normandy, France) since that was a track on the album. However I just had a look at some piccies of Mont St Michel (e.g. the one below) and the topography doesn't look right, also I don't see the spires of Mont St Michel in the Voyager photo. Anyone got any ideas?

Hmmmm, Mike had moved to Ibiza by then IIRC, how about this island (Illa D'es Vedra) off Ibiza

Here's Voyager cover for comparison:

Yep, Illa D'es Vedra it is, mentioned by manintherain in this old topic as being within sight of Mikes house on Ibiza...

Yes Matt is correct although I failed to see he had already named the Island, yet I hope this will give a little more enlightenment but nothing beats the eyes so if you get a chance GO C! its mystical!.

What you see is an out crop just off the western edge of the Balearic Island of Ibiza it is towards the southern tip of the Island.  SEE the panoramic video link below, or take a lOOk at the Spanish MO sites photos many fans have maid the pilgrimage to this poInt to have their photo taken.
