My choice would be "Runaway Son" - if only because the words "save me" might incline the audience to have mercy on my singing ability!

In High Places... I can do a somewhat passable Jon Anderson impersonation / parody... that could be fun (after a few beers, that is ;) )

On Horseback with wobble board and stick on Rolf Harris beard..Big Digeridoo solo at the end as well...

Sheba would be quite a fun one to do,trying to keep a straight face as the "words" bobbed along on the bottom of the screen there.Or Five Miles Out and/or Pictures In The Dark, with a box of assorted hats or wigs to wear for whenever the vocalist changed.I think you`d probably need at least ten pints down yer to do Five Miles Out justice. Then watch it all fall apart as you start getting all your props mixed up Tommy Cooper style.

I don't think there are many good MO songs for a male vocal. However, my voice is quirky - it's sort of halfway between a male and female extension, so I can often sing songs originally meant for females with no real difficulty. That said, my karaoke choice would either be "Islands" (transposed one tone down) or "Heaven's Open".

Well, I'd have to talk about my life to tell you, hahaha! Let's just say that it's been a bit of a long-running theme and I feel pretty passionately about the piece. At one St. Brigid's Jam, I sang "Moonlight Shadow" including the rap section that I added back in the mid-80's based on the death and vision of someone important in my life. Of course, the group seems to prefer it when I dance rather than sing. :D Would also do "Into Wonderland" and *maybe* "Crystal Gazing." <-:

Discovery or Poison Arrows(but only with a good Maggie Reilly copycat, or Mags herself).

That's be interesting.Never heard Maggie sing either of these.Do you mean Barrie Palmer per chance?Maybe he'd claim to have given Mike a hit single too with Crime Of Passion.

So what would be your choice, Cave? Answering is compulsory... otherwise a song will be chosen for you!

Sir M - your vote is conspicuous by its absence as well!

In don't have a particularly good voice so if I had to sing Karaoke it would probably be best if it were to an empty room... That said, I would also put on the backing track for "Talk about your life". Love singing along to that one in the car! I know it has a female vocal but the words as far as I am concerned could be sung by male or female and it just about fits my (limited) vocal range!

The songs would have to be heavens open and far country. My vocals are pitiful though, so others might have to sing over my voice lol! Cheers

Holy!!!!! As well as Tubular Tos!!!!

And also Scatterplot gave me a great idea with: 'Poison Arrows'. I love Barry Palmer's voce, I wish it would have been more used on Mike's records... as well as Anita Hegerland's.

I busk, and I use to do 'Heaven's Open', but I wish I did these other two more often.
