Wasn't the cover sourced mostly from a stock image? I'm sure I remember a similar picture of a man with lots of glowing orbs on ice in a science magazine somewhere.

I'd be surprised if Mike had gone the El Cheapo route. A stock image would give his music a "throw away" feel.
